The REAPER is a fitness test designed to gauge athleticism. It was created by Fatal Fitness, a cross-training-specific website. The REAPER consists of the 8 events Fatal Fitness believes are essential to an accurate gauge of fitness: vertical leap, sit-and-reach flexibility test, pullups, pushups, situps, 3-mile run, dips, and a 1500m swim.[1]

The REAPER is an acronym for Really Elite Athletic Performance Enhancement. Really.
