Mary is one of the CrossFit benchmark "Girl" WODs (because of the name, not because they are designed for women). The workout first appeared on the site 30 October 2004, but did not appear as a named workout until 19 January 2005. Mary is frequently posted alongside Cindy.

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

  • 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Single-Legged Squats
  • 15 Pull-ups
